Order fulfillment
We will provide you with tracking details when your order is packed and handed to the carrier. Please double check your address before placing your order. In case you made a mistake, e-mail us asap @ hello@the-lena.studio 
 


RETURNS
Please order mindful: the constant stream of parcel deliveries and returns harms the environment. If you would like to return something to us after all, please read our return conditions carefully. We do not offer free returns or exchanges: these costs are for the customer. Within 14 days after the delivery date of your package, you can return the product if it's unworn and with original tags attached.


Return conditions

  • After 14 days from the day you have received your package, the order is final.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
  • *Please note: custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged, because they are specifically made for you.
 
How to apply for a return:
  • E-mail us at hello@the-lena.studio (we speak Dutch & English), please write 'RETURN' or 'EXCHANGE' in the subject line together with your order number. Please tell us the reason for your return.
  • We will respond to you, and after we accept your exchange or refund, we will instruct you on how to return.
  • We ask you kindly to send us the return package within 3 days after you have received our approval, because our items are one of a kind.

 
When will I receive my refund?
It can take up to 5 working days to process your return. Money refunds take 1-2 working days.
 
How do I prepare my return package?
Return shipping must be traceable and marked with your name and order number. If the package is not received by us or lost in transit, Lená will not be liable if there is no tracking information. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and we observe the right to deny refunds if the items fail to meet our return conditions.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
It's best to let your items ventilate outside to remove any odors. If you want to wash your items after all, it's best to hand wash them carefully and lay them flat to air dry. Do not tumble dry.
